About us

My name is Peter and I purchased my cabin in Sunshine Valley in 2021, and lived there for a year. In that year, I had the pleasure of meeting my wonderful neighbours, community, exploring everything that Sunshine Valley had to offer, and I quickly fell in love with the area. It was the perfect escape from the city.

I decided to turn my cabin into an Airbnb business so I could share this experience with other people, to give them a quiet escape from the busyness of the city and time to reconnect with themselves. But I quickly realized how difficult and stressful it was to start an Airbnb business.

I ran into countless issues ranging from insulation problems, a leaking roof, electrical issues, frozen pipes during winter, gate issues which prevented my guests from checking in, and so much more.

While it was stressful in the moment, these experiences taught me a lot about how to handle these problems, and these are inevitable issues that Airbnb businesses will run into - which is why I started this service, to help others manage the same stressful situations that I ran into. 

Mission

It was very difficult to start up an Airbnb businesses without much help or support, especially when I worked a full-time job and had other responsibilities, which is something a lot of people can relate to.

My mission is to help you run your Airbnb business where you can take a hands-off approach, and to help you reduce a lot of the stresses that come with running this type of business.

Experience

I ran a few small businesses, and my intention with all my businesses was always to support local businesses and help them grow. My first business was a subscription box service called "Vancity Box", which promoted local businesses by shipping their products to my customers. It was a fun way to connect the community and help people discover locally made products. 

Since then, I have been running my own Airbnb business with a perfect 5-star rating, and for the past 6 years, I have been working in the business operations field at a $43.18 billion tech company, so I have quite a lot of experience in building and managing businesses.
